Problem first. Then assets.

An agent is a composition. A model, external APIs, internal applications, and the orchestration that ties them together. The discipline is choosing the right pieces, then proving the economics work.

Understand the problem

We define the problem in business terms before we touch a model. What's the cost of getting it wrong. What does success look like. What does the org currently do instead.

Select the assets

A model is one asset. External APIs and internal software applications are the others. We pick the smallest combination that solves the problem reliably.

Analyze automation

We map what the agent will own, what stays manual, and where the human-in-the-loop checkpoints sit. Reliability comes from the seams, not the model.

Calculate the token economy

Every solution has a cost per call and a cost per outcome. We model both before we build, so you know what success looks like at scale.
